Spam to play.com e-mail addresses

Spam to play.com e-mail addresses
It looks like play.com might have been compromised, as e-mails such as below are being sent to the e-mail addresses used by their customers (mine included).
Couple of links seem to support this situation...

Anyone else get such spam?
I hope that it is just e-mail addresses, and not CC details

Well it seems that Play.com have at least started to respond, with the following item posted at the MoneySavingExpert.com forum...
...although they still haven't got back to my two queries despite saying "we will aim to reply to you within the next working day.".
