Spam to play.com e-mail addresses

Default Spam to play.com e-mail addresses

It looks like play.com might have been compromised, as e-mails such as below are being sent to the e-mail addresses used by their customers (mine included).

Couple of links seem to support this situation...

GSN's forum (the "source" of the e-mails)

Anyone else get such spam?

I hope that it is just e-mail addresses, and not CC details

Well it seems that Play.com have at least started to respond, with the following item posted at the MoneySavingExpert.com forum...
