Mpeg movies onto vcd???How?

Does anyone know how to put some mpeg movies onto a cd that will work on a dvd/vcd player?
its just that over the years i have some good clips downloaded from the internet and want to put these onto a vcd so i can watch them on my dvd/vcd player.

Hi
If you use "Ahead Nero" for burning your CD's, you have an option of creating a VCD rather than audio CD/data CD etc and you literally just drag and drop the MPEG on there
