New PC ; Install Excel over trial version ?
Hi All,
I know very little about IT.
I have bought a new PC with Windows 7. It came with a 60 day free trial of Excel 2007.
I have just bought the full blown Excel 2007 Media (ie on CD) from a different shop.
Do I install over existing version, or should I uninstall excel, then reinstall.

uninstall then reinstall, you used to be able to open it and add a product code and jobs done, but prob find the disk is more upto date (not always the case though) so prob worth a clean install to be on the safe side
