Facebook causes browser to hang
I am stumped here, I could really use some help - in simple terms please
Problem
As soon as I log into my account the browser hangs. Task manager is showing the CPU at 50% (dual core) and the PF at about 1%
I have tried 2 different PCs, one running XP and one running windows 7 - same problem
I have tried firefox, Avant and IE8
I have tried disabling all plug ins toolbars and add ons
I can access any other facebook accounts from these computers, just not mine.
If I disable Javascript then I CAN get into my facebook page, but can do almost nothing when I get there.
I was contacted on facebook chat when it happened, but I can't get back into it to disable it!
Any ideas? I know you clever people will think of something.
Tried to contact facebook but got the usual DILLIGAF automated response.
Cheers!

ARRRHGG!!!
How could it be that simple!?
Cleared cookies and it now works.
I never tried that first time as I tried another PC that I haven't used in 6 months and got the same problem. I had already cleared temp files and history.
Big thanks anyway
