No, not screw drivers 
CPU-z for instance, or GPU-Z, Secunia PSI (2.0 beta which is pretty good at keeping your pc updated).

have oc'd the cpu, running 3ghz on my 6600 (air cooled) but its an early version so not quite as good as the later ones
