Reformating my laptop, How to?

Guys i got a 3 year old Toshiba A200 laptop which is getting quite buggy and wouldn't mind knowing how i can start from scratch with it.

I'm confused as to how to do this as when I got this laptop, no CD/DVD's came with it for drivers etc, so i'm unsure how to proceed!

Download the drivers to a USB key or CD from the Toshiba web site, reinstall Windows, choose to wipe the existing partition. That'll do the job.
