Got a few IPhone issues
Ive got a 3G 16g IPhone and recently ive got some issues
1) Earpiece has stopped working. i cant hear calls. people can hear me and if i put headphones/speaker on i can have a conversation so im guessing its a hardware failure of the earpiece. I have tried the trick of plugging the headset in a few times and restoring my phone. It has loaded update 4.0 something onto the phone which has slowed it down
Just wondering if its hard to change the earpiece as i cant find any info
2) It syncs all the contacts from my computer onto the phone now. Im not sure where its getting these contacts from as some of the numbers are 10 years out of date so i end up having 5 numbers for 1 contact. is there a way of creating a new folder when i sync(basic please )
3) Whenever i sync now after the restore it keeps making my internet settings back to default so i have to change manually and then restart phone which is getting boring
Hope that makes sense as im not that clued up on the iphone.

First one does indeed sound like a hardware issue you may find parts and instructions here http://www.ifixit.com
The answer to the second question is to find the contacts on your PC and delete them.
Not sure on the third one, when you say internet settings what do you mean?
