What future products/tech is tickling your fancy ?
So much new technology and future planned stuff is around, that sometimes it is difficult to remember that , although we are typically great harvesters of stuff as it arrives, most of it is useless or not needed and I find it easier to shift through it all and weed out the stuff that is either
a) useful and will enhance my life/work
or
b) fulfills a need
Software
Looking forward to the next OSX 10.7 and see what that brings
Office 2010 for mac
Getting my head around Windows Server 2010
Latest Fusion or parallels
Hardware
next generation iPad and see if it will replace my macbook pro.
Tech
USB 3.0 and Lightpeek. Lightpeek in particular sounds brilliant if it works
Full DVD transferred in 30 secs...nice
4G networks in the UK..mmmm
The list could go on, but that will do for now

Touch Screen iMac running hybrid iOS/OSX a good mixture of fantastic apps and work stuff.
My current iMac is a Jan 2006 vintage and although it's still a great performer it's looking a bit aged.

I would like wireless power. It is getting there (http://www.witricity.com/) but is still a long way off.

Chasing a new Mac Mini for use as a media centre under the plasma, but would like the option of BluRay (please Steve). I'd also like Apple (again, are you listening Steve) to make an all-in-one bluetooth keyboard with a trackpad as it would make living room use easier than having a separate mouse and needing a surface to use it on. I could use an iPad to do this if they weren't so expensive. I suppose I will have to bite the bullit and get an iPhone at some point, but I'll wait to see how they work around the current problems before committing.

There was speculation of a mention of 10.7 at WWDC but nothing was mentioned from what I know. I'd expect to see mention of it come september, probably for a release between July - September next year.
Blu-Ray on Mac isn't happening any time soon. Steve made some mention about why a couple of weeks ago. I think it was to do with it possibly being a passing fad (in his eyes) more will move to online downloads for films, probably with iTunes interacting with the cloud, which is meant to happen fairly soon.

Yeah, I know, but I prefer to have all options available when I spend and not have Steve make such decisions for me. I read that the internal DVD drive in the new Mini is a 12mm unit, making it feasible to swap in a BD, making it fully functioning might be another matter
