CS is okay, but I suppose can be hell for noobs (no offence to noobs) - cos as soon as you're dead you sit out the round......

i agree there is lots of cheating but its got much better recently with most public servers....ie Demon / Barrysworld etc running the lastest anti cheat software which is improving the game.

however we, [STi] Clan play on our own private server, (and a public one) which runs all the latest anti cheat software.

so come along and join us one day.

Day of Defeat gets my vote.
I've been through Q1, Q2, Q3, Wolfenstein, Half-Life, Action Half-Life, Counterstrike, TFC, Unreal...but for me, DoD has the right mix of graphics, sounds, realism (lots of recoil)...

 

Depends what you like. Generally everything without the words 'Quake' 'III' and 'Arena' is pretty good. Apart from Wanted, which is dire.
