iPlayer down?
First time it's failed to load for me and I use it a lot.
Could be Virgin putting me in some new sin bin perhaps? I've been syncing a lot of data today.

BBC have been tinkering, Beebplayer for android has had the live stream removed, i tried to use it the other day and it would not connect, although i could view the on demand stuff ?
