Exchange 2007 ??

no it doesn't -- but can integrate with Microsoft's forefront security suite
it also has the concept of an edge server -- that sits outside your corp network on a dmz and is not part of the domain (but syncs using ADAM) to offer a first line of defence (your MX record would point to the Edge server)
ps -- Exchange 2007 is dead in the water now that 2010 has been released, which has finally fixed some of the glaring problems with exchange stretching back to 5.5
Exchange 2010 is a real game changer (and I do not fall easily to Micky$ofts marketing hype)
I think Exchange is MS only true enterprise product btw
