Been helping a friend and I've unearthed the following

Make: PC CHIPS
Model: M748LMRT
Type: Slot 1 + Socket 370
Audio: Integrated

I need the driver for the integrated audio.
Been to PC Chips website and its shockingly bad.

Anyone help ?

More info on motherboard here:

Try here http://www.cmedia.com.tw/e_download_01.htm

You might find this useful as well http://www.stud.fernuni-hagen.de/q3998142/pcchips/

You'll need to look at the board to see which cmedia chipset it has.

I've some stuff downloaded for the 748LMRT but it's 7.5MB if you have broadband I'll split the zip and email it to you.

I used to use the pcchips.nl site but it seems to be redirected to the pcchips.com.tw site now.

Silent Monkey, you are INDEED a gentleman.

I'll check those links out.

I've narrowed it down to a file called C-Media / c8738XP.zip

Hopefully one of your sites will have it mirrored.

Cheers all, I'm flying now. Found a nice fast FTP and the file is shooting down my big fat pipe right now.

Don't get too excited, can't see an XP driver on the cmedia site for that chipset.
