Ultra10 'Boot device: net'

I just won an Ultra 10 to teach myself Solaris with. Switch on and it tries to boot from the netowrk - how do I break this?!

STOP A will take you to the boot prom command prompt.
ok>
If the machine does not have solaris installed localy shove a cdrom in and do:
ok> boot cdrom
and the cd will boot and do an install.
Otherwise you need to find out where the Kernel is on the Hard Disk to specify it to boot from there.
(I could be completely wrong though as its ages since I messed with boot options on a Sun )

If you're going to download from sun, you might as well get solaris 9 pre-release.
FWIW, I also grabbed the new 8_recommended patches tarball (Solaris 8 version), there were still some packages that needed updating.
