Default Excel Help

Does anyone know if Excel has an auto back up feature?
And if so how to retrieve it?

We have just lost power for 10 min, and i have lost the file I have been working on all morning.

I does have autosave, but only works if its turned on. you might be lucky when you open Excel, it may ask if you want to recover your document. Otherwise you will be out of luck & have to go to your IT bods & ask for the file to be recovered (if you actually saved it in the first place & to a network drive)
