I have produced a table in exel that I want as a Jpeg

Any ideas

Alt+print screen and paste into photoshop and crop ?

Yes -- Print Screen and then 'paste' (CTRL+C) into Paint or something better if you have it.

Or use the snipping tool to capture exactly what you want if you have vista/win7.

or embed it into a word document with OLE that way if you change the data, the resultant word clip will reflect these changes.

btw paste is CTRL-V !!

I am using 2003 Office and I can't see a camera feature! is it a 2007 function

No, it's been in Excel for years. Customise your toolbar buttons and you'll find a Camera button which you can add.

Here we go: Excel

It makes a live picture of a selected area that you can paste anywhere in your workbook. Works the same as 'Paste Picture Link'.

Do you need it as a jpeg?

It might display better as a gif or png file.
