Default motherboard clock speeds question

guess whos ram blew up !

I have an abit ip35 pro xe, supporting 1600/1333/1066/800MHz FSB and DDR2 1066/800/667

my Q9450 supports 1333 fsb
and i just ordered some DDR2 PC6400 CL4 800MHz

my bios supports
[mhz] x [multiplier range 6 - 8.5]
ram ratio - which I'd like to keep 1:1
pci clock - set at 100mhz

I'd like to run my chip at 3ghz, so...

should i set 400 x 7.5 = 3ghz
...and the 400 (x 2 for the ddr2) should give the 800 for the RAM (at 1:1), yes?

does that make sense to everyone?
