can anyone recommend decent anti virus software to download, there seems to be loads out there but which one to choose.

Tried Grisoft (twice) but got the following message after the download:

"zip file is damaged, truncated or has been changed since it was created. If you downloaded this file try downloading again"

Any ideas?

I've downloaded other zip files before and after with no problems.
