Default Which Broadband Provider

I've canceled my Sky broadband as after 3years of being promised that my area will get switched over so that they can provide me with BB for a £5 instead of £17 i got quite peeved off especially since i was only getting half a meg at best.

So with the knowledge that i'm not in an area to recieve Sky BB and o2 BB who gives the best bang for buck?
