Gotta new computer running XP o/s with office 2000 pro

Outlook, i used to have and out of office feature where it would forward mail to another person plus sent a message to the person who emailed me. Can't find it!, looked on the toolbars, looked for an icon

Please help the hard of thinking!

Cool

You can of course set up a Rules Wizard - can't you?

Buried in there is enough options to be able to do that

Unless of course its an Exchange only option - wouldn't know as we've got Exchange

Question

Paul

Surely not?

I went through Rules before posting my reply & unless not Exch rules are different then it should be OK.

Rule
1)Check Messages When They Arrive
-2)Where My Name is in the To box
--3)Forward it to people or distribution list
--3)Reply using a specific template
Continue
Continue/Finish

Numbers are layers in...

Prob only works with Exch

Rule Wizard is available with non-exchange connected versions...

Tools
Rule Wizard

And then do what Puff suggested.

The best option is to get someone in on WorkExperience to manually reply to all your emails whilst your away.
