We use geniesoft backup manager 8 at work and one of our externals has died. No problem at all we'll just restore from our backup drive - whats the password Edd?

What password? I don't even remember it asking me for one.

I only ever use a certain number of passwords so I'm sure I'll work it out eventually but I'm not in the same office and can't get there until tomorrow.
