Default using phone as a modem

I have just moved onto t-mobile and when I connected my phone to my pc it asked if I wanted to use it as a modem! This would be a great feature for when I'm out to connect my netbook to. Does anyone know if t-mobile charge extra for using this feature or is it all part of the unlimited web package?

if they are anything like o2 the this is not allowed as the data streaming is alot higher and this will cause astronomical charges. even if you have unlimited internet on your phone then that is normally capped at a certain limit

I'm on T mob walk n web and I don't get charged any extra for using the touch HD as a modem. Usage as a modem gets added into monthly limit which is pretty high.
To cut down data use, I get image quality from websites reduced.
Very handy when working away from home with no wifi.
