which laptop is better out of these 2 please help

I really want to order a laptop today. I will be using it for mainly surfing the web and i would like hdmi.

I have got it done to these 2.

Which one would say is better. Any better ones for £400

Acer is the better spec and performance, but the HP is usually a better quality product.

But as above; shop about. The above link shows better spec machines that are new, not refurbs for the same money.
