various pc's, currently running 4 - 3 AMD XP+ boxes and 1 P4 box
tiny and sony laptops

hours - lifetime, cash spent - not even going there...

One thing I have realised. I don't like consoles, I don't like console games (cept PC ports). I will not be buying any more consoles.

BBC Videodrome - 3 games, football, squash and tennis - all bat and ball with paddle controllers a la Pong!!!! Still got in original box and still works!!!!
Atari 2600 - Plaque Attack - Unforgetable
Amstrad CPC 464 Quality machine (gave to cousin, should have kept it)
Atari ST - much much better than the Amiga and Midi too
486DX2-50 - overclocked to 66
Gameboy
Megadrive - with the Menacer lightgun lol!! (still got )
Gamegear - with master system cart converter (still got)
SNES - Smash TV and Streetfighter 2 - ace
Pentium II 233 - when they first came out - well quick (for about a week )
PIII450 - overclocked to 504 with 256MB RAM. (still got)
Playstation (got after the PS2 came out!!!! ) (still got)

Thats it!!

Remember the Atari Falcon - cracking piece of kit, bodged the marketing, just like they did with the Lynx and Jaguar, all top stuff for the time, that they didn't push well enough!!!

ya similar thing happened to the ST in the end eh Ultimately the same happened to the Amiga to, its finished now Lasted alot longer than the ST though mmm I wonder why

The amiga didn't last longer actually - the ST went on much longer, why? because it was used widely in the music industry in recording studios etc because of its midi interface

Its all in the midi baby

These are the good ol' days, ST v Amiga

I had an STFM, upgraded it to a whole 1 Meg of memory, remember playing Rick Dangerous 1+2 on it - fantastic. Then the STE came along and then the Falcon........ Kewl!!!!

haha jawa, no no no the Amiga was still being made only 2yrs ago, the ST definately wasnt. The Amiga had numerous OS updates and lots of apps, the ST didnt, bit like the PC to Unix scene The Amiga was used to make alot of the gfx for Deep Space9 to, and used in the Music industry just as much Admit it ST failed, Amiga owned

i remember the intellivision skiing thing, can also remember the colecovision console, damn i wanted one of those when i was a kid.

Machine i always wanted and never got would have to be the neo geo.

A tennis/'football'/squash game which was a bit like Pong (still got it in a cupboard somewhere)
TRS-80 (bet no-one remember this)
Speccy 48k (Atic Atac, Jet Set *****...ah those were the days)
Pentium P120 (later upgraded to a P200) Doom, Quake2...
Pentium3 1ghz Quake2 again and again.

Never owned a console (unless you can count the tennis thingy).

You binned a 3do and a Atari Jaguar!!!!

Alien v's predator on the Jaguar was one of the best games i ever played on that console!!

amigas were the nuts, tho jaguar had a wicked version of tempest which was the only reason i got one
