can anyone help me, alot of the pages/sites i go on keep crashing..i have to close the pages then a box comes up with 'End programe' and i have to click yes.. it takes ages to go off then i have to reopen the internet.

this happens everytime i go on the autotrader website,i just cant go on it at all.

can i stop it,is there a system clean up or anything like that . its doing my head in

Could be a virus or adaware. My auntie had the same problem I sorted it yesterday by running malwarebytes. That seemed to cure the problem. You don't have a program installed called Internet saving optimizer in your add/remove program list? It so remove that aswell.

cheers mate, i dont have the internet saving optimizer programe to remove,

ive ran the malwarebytes but it only fixes 20 errors unless i pay for it, do you know how much it is? it says there are 400 errors on my pc.

looks like it hasnt solved the crashing error in them free 20.

anything else i can do?
