Any recommendations for Colo? Looking at around 4 - 5 cabs.. around 70Amps and around 10Mbps Bandwidth.
or alternatively what sort of prices are people paying per 42u with x amount of power?

I would recommend Express Hosting ( http://www.express-hosting.co.uk/rackspace.php ), we use them for dedicated servers and their service has been absolutely fantastic.
Also check out Web Host Directory: The best free source of web hosting services in a searchable web host directory. Powerful web host search engines, reviewed web hosts, awards, news and much more!, might find some useful info there, it's where we found Express. Admitedly it's an Ad fest but it was useful to us.
