PayPal withholding payment for 21 days or until positive feedback is received?
Is this a new policy of theirs?
Ive just sold a couple of cheapish items on Ebay and received payment via PayPal, but in the PayPal status it shows as On Hold - Send Now.
Meaning, i have to send the items now but dont have the money in my account. I will receive the money only after receiving positive feedback from the buyer OR after 21 days has passed without a claim, dispute or chargeback
Anyone had this lately, is this standard policy now or something the buyer has to choose before buying?
