One for the projectorheads - DLP Rainbow effect
treated myself to the Infocus X10 1080p projector which arrived this morn, after my aging Sony pj packed up.
Shot home at lunch and tested it out. Absolutely stunning performance off the PS3, but noticing the dredded 'rainbow effect' (seeing odd lines of r/g/b when moving your eyes across screen).
Anyone know if this tends to go away with time as my eyes get used to it or am I better off just swapping for a LCD projector (company I purchased it from have offered swap for Mitsi lcd pj). I'm reluctant to exchange it as its so damn good at everything else.
What do you think?

Nope it won't get better Unfortunately people have said this about the X10, I went for the Optoma HD800x as its the X10's rival, but after reading on AVforums much fewer people suffer rainbow effect with it.......
