BNS Telecom - appalling - anyone had experience with them ?
Company I do a bit of business for had the misfortune to be sold their VOIP solution. Company employs 30 staff using the telephone and since the install it's been a complete farce. Incoming calls being cut off constantly, not getting an outside line, etc...
Attempts to rectify the problem have gone on for 3 months to no avail, and they've book BT to come in and put in a reliable ISDN system in.
Just wondering if anyone has come across this company ?
