I got it working on mine (Win 2000 server, IIS5) and it didn't take long at all.

Install it.

Properties for your website under IIS
> 'Home Directory' tab
> applications setting configuration
> app mappings then 'add'
> executable C:\php\php.exe
> extention .php or .php3/4 etc
> Set default document to index.php or default.php
> restart website

Yeah - PHP has to be one of the easiest things to install ever ?

You can download PHPTriad if you get stuck - it includes PHP, mySQL, Apache for Win32, Perl and PHP MyAdmin. Basically an "all you need" to get your started developing.

You can't use MySQL commercially without a license though, which might be worth pointing out. All the others are fine of course.

Steve.
