Broadband
Sorry to do this............
I'm with Tiscali at the moment, but I was thinking of changing to O2 (I'm an O2 mobile customer so will get a good deal). Mr OS thinks I should go with Sky. Any recommendations?
Don't forget I'm useless at anything like this, so please speak s-l-o-w-l-y and don't use big words. Thanks in advance.

Changed from Plusnet to Sky this year. No problems with Sky, faster speed etc and get phone calls free and cheaper line rental as well, so yes I would recommend Sky.

They may well have done as a new entrant to the broadband wholesale market, but they dont have a proven record as far as I am concerned.
Time will tell I suppose

No problems with my O2 broadband it gives me better bandwidth than my old bt broadband did (3mb v 1.5) and yes, BE is a part of O2 now (or telefonica, depending how you look at it ) and we did get the best broadband supplier so we may be new at it, but try to strive to give the best possible service, just look at orange, carphone warehouse etc when they came into broadband!

was on sky good service but cancelled the tv so had to lose the broadband. I moved to bethere got a slightly faster service, and their webpage allows you to do online tickets if you do encounter any probs (usually answered within hours) and change your line profile etc etc (tech speak so wont apply to you )
I did have one issue with sky and it took an age to sort out, but I got lucky in speaking with one of their tier 3 tech team who sorted the prob out on the line and kept me there whilst he monitored it.
Bethere is faster although 02 only go upto 16mb (not that many can get that or exceed it) choice is yours.
