Yes I've got it (rather had it). Downloaded it, had a play for about 20 minutes. Haven't touched it again since. Seemed pretty rubbish to be honest (and very slow - 20-30 seconds to change room, 30 minutes to download new locations etc). Can see it appealing to girly types that buy custom ring tones, play the sims etc, but it's not for me. Can't see the point of it...

Don't quite see the point in it to be honest.

I got an email from Sony telling me I was "specially selected" to trial it. I wonder what they thought of my response after downloading it

Not available yet from what I hear . . .
[UPDATE] TedTheDog has updated with the current situation, as of 3pm GMT (10am EST): "Still progressing nicely, now on the testing stage. No eta still as I wouldnt want to guess how long it will take for each region to verify its elements are working but we're getting there." Shouldn't be too long now ...

I feel sorry for people with a 40GB machine . The OS footprint along with the games I have on now + Home are taking up a good 20GB.
Sticking the 320GB drive in was a good choice after all .....

Yep, I've got the 40gb drive and at am the point where I need to delete stuff before I can install anything else. I don't use the machine enough to warrant buying a new hdd for it (I refuse to spend more money on a machine I hardly use). I think home will be the very first thing to go...

The UK cinema has a number of screens where the US only has one, but the US Plaza has a sound system where people can dance to their hearts content.
Not bad for a giggle but it looks like it will be hammered to get cash out of the users. £3.99 for a summer house!! 79p for a tee-shirt!! One!
