Question go google

It seems I've been hijacked by go google.... when I try to google something I get redirected. When I try to get to lavasoft or trend I get sent back to 127.0.0.1 - doesn't seem to work if the addredd starts with bbs though. It has also managed to disable Spybot S&D and hijack this. So I can't get to anything on the web other than scoobynet and I can't use any of the normal tools for cleaning it up. Any suggestions on removing it manually?
