Want Specced Up Macbook Pro ... NOW!
I want to get one of the sexy new 15" Macbook Pro's. I want it now and I have the cash. But I want to get it with the bigger, 7200rpm hard drive. I can configure it on the website but they tell me it will take 3 weeks to arrive (even though it says 7 working days on the website).
Anybody know if Apple keep anything other than the standard spec machines in their retail stores? I tried calling the store but was just on hold for ages. I can get to the Regent Street store but don't want to make the trip for nothing.
if not Apple, what about the resellers? Micro Anvika told me they'd need to order it in from Apple.

Got to admit, as a "classic" MacBook Pro owner, I hate the keyboard with a passion.
The black lcd surround also makes it look like every other laptop
I'm sure it's VERY good, but not for me
