i have lost the fancy picture icon that is on the pictures file how do i get it back all the others are ok (music etc )
i right click picture file then properties
then the customize tab
then restore default but nothing happens
i click choose file and it takes me to my pictures file where do i find all the file icons?

do you mean the pic file as in the options menu where u can choose documents, pictures, music and games? also which vista are you running, standard or the fancy gliding/flying window one?

it may be in the control panel under appearances etc and then into the customize start bar/window in there somewhere, i just looked but new to vista so not too sure mate!
