Default heads up - avoid buying nvidia powered laptops at moment

Nvidia G92s and G94 reportedly failing - The INQUIRER

They're going through some nasty manufacturing problems right now.

I'm sure it's only a small number that are affected Besides, Dell are so inundated with the problem they're just sending complete new laptops out to people.

If that's the article I read, it mentioned some desktop boards could have the same problem.

And mine is a Dell Vostro 1700, I really do hope it isnt one of the affected ones, as I only got it yesterday

Anyway of being able to check ?

I didnt buy it from Dell either
