Looks a little expensive to me. No DVD, a decent monitor will cost £200 or so, and an operating system half that again. Also no speakers, and if I was buying new I would need to be persuaded not to get a Titanium 500 graphics card.

I'm looking for a pc at the moment and i wouldn't buy it.
@ mesh computers you can get
AMD 1700
512 ram
40 g hd
17in monitor
DVD+CDWriter
WinXP
etc for £985 inc VAT. The whole package.The one you looked at is £800 and something.
BTW
I'm looking for something up to 1 ghz 128/256 ram+dvd up to £500ish incl 17in monitor.Any reccomendations.

it's not a BAD price, i'd day the Geforce3 could do with going up a notch though, GF4 out nowish, so the Ti200 isn't much dosh anymore... i'd say for around £1000 you could get the same plus monitor+OS+speakers+soundcard+software bundle+maybe scanner etc

Try dell and then look in their outlook site. Get a price from there but don't buy online. Ring them and talk to them you will get a better price on the phone.
