Is it Possible to delete Hotmail accounts?
My brother has caused some trouble with people and his Hotmail account. We want to completely delete the account ..

To close your Windows Live account:
Go to the Account Summary page .
On the navigation bar, click Settings .
Under Common tasks , click Close your account .
Verify that the correct Windows Live ID user name appears, type your password, and then click Yes .

Probably but at least I've made a stand and can "legally" say I tried my best
He's also banned from my PC
