Default Setting up a wireless router (newbie)

Just taken out a SKY package which includes a free wireless router, which will be sent in the next couple of weeks.

how hard are these to setup?

Including password etc

with the sky router I'm sure it's as easy as take it out of the box and plug it in, settings should be pre configured....my mates was anyways

So where exactly will I be plugging it into? There will be a phone line there, but thats where the phone will be plugged. or will there be an additional socket installed?

Sorry I did say I was a newb.

Should be an ADSL filter that comes with the router or two, this will plug into the phone socket, the filter will have 2 connections on it. One connection goes into the router and the other is the normall phone wire that you already have.

Thats great, I should have really asked the salesman but didn't think of it at the time.
