gawd, you need to do all those shoot the pidgeon things and stunt jumps ?!?!?

As it mentions in the threads linked if you type in to the address field in the internet cafe - Rockstar Games: Grand Theft Auto IV - it's meant to give you all the locations, pigeons etc
Not tried this yet so can't confirm if it works.

All it does is give you a crappy low res map which is available on many websites, unfortuanately it doesnt mark them off when you find them so it's not much use.
