Question

Guys

What file does outlook express use to store the emails. ie pst files for outlook.
I'm not sure, but I think outlook express stores its files in the Application Data folder within your profile. Is this correct?

Thanks

Cool

Try in Outlook express, "Tools/Options/Maintainence/Store Folder" for the location.

Normally its located in :
C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\{Load of crap alphanumeric like this E244D714-9D33-47A1-A0B9-FE1850B8F912}\Microsoft\Outlook Express

Cheers H, forgot to say I had a look there.

Once I get to the AD4543-dfASD£4 folder. I find that the microsoft folder isn't there even though outlook says thats where it stores my files

I'll keep hunting, put as soon as my PC is rebuilt I for one am ditching this express crap.
