Default I've stripped a needed driver from windows...

Hi all, I've nlited a copy of windows to run on my mates Asus 2 Gig laptop. Windows works fine, but he's bought a Web and Walk USB internet dongle. When I try and install the software for it, I get a .INF file not found error. I've tried downloading the drivers from the T Mobile website, but it looks like the problem is with something I've filtered out of Windows, as the dongle works fine on a regular laptop, but has the same issues with my own Asus (with similar nlited software).

Any ideas? I really don't want to have to reinstall the full Windows. I've had a look in Device Manager, and there aren't any yellow exclamation marks...

Any help would be greatfully appreciated

Default

does it work with any other usb devices?
If it does then i can only suggest rooting through the i386 folder. You can always check around for what may be missing, but this could be tedious.
Why did you not use an embedded OS or PC Tablet version? This would have all the necessary files needed.
