Got this working (pre release version) last night on my PSP Slim running DAX3.90M33-3 custom firmware. Looks good, good enough for me to want to go out and buy the pukka product with the GPS receiver as soon as its launched.

I bought the GPS reciever a couple of years ago I think (maybe slightly less) from hong kong. There is third party software which uses the GPS reciever also.
Am looking forward to getting the original software finally though. Should be good.

Looks a nice bit of software - like the 3d buildings - but its only on major citys I think - tried looking at my house but its just shows boring road

Wonder if it will have a building data file addon as that would be cool

also volume on the psp may be a problem as its not loud enough

Got my GPS receiver now and the car mounting widget. Works very well, volume is quite loud as long as you turn AVLS off.

That cradle looks ok but it looks like the cradle will interfear with the GPS being screwed on - does it? - a pic of yours in use would be cool

How are you finding the software - I take it your using custom firmware?

I have the fat PSP - im worried that if I get a cradle the GPS unit wont go on the PSP

GPS unit fits on fine with the unit in the cradle. Mine is a slim psp, so it may not be exactly the same for the fat one. I will take a pic later of the unit mounted. And yes, I run CFW 3.90-M33.3...

I am pretty sure that this doesnt include the GPS receiver, its just the software.

Its also available on play.com and amazon for preorder.
