When you make apre order the price is fixed so they have to honour it do I have a case with this?

No they didnt take money as they take money once they despatch the product

Whats bugging me is I read somewhere whilst buying from them that they honour the price if a pre order price is wrong but I cant find it

Right I cant see anything in there T & C so why they cant honour it it

if you order any pre order you get this message before you pay for it

Note: The price quoted for a preorder title is the anticipated retail selling price at the time of release. Should the price be reduced you will be charged the lower price at the time of your order being dispatched. Should the price increase - you will not pay any more! Money is taken just prior to release.

Do we have a case with this?
