SEO - Any freelance web copyrighters?

I build websites, I know what to do for a technically well optimised site but don't have the skills nor the desire to do the keyword analysis/research and write/amend the copy given to us by our clients.
Is there anyone here with proven results writing/editing copy and advising how to change sites for improved search rankings.
I would hope to offer it as a service to our client base and subcontract it to an individual. I wouldn't be giving access to the sites via FTP so this is really an advisory/docmentation role.
