Best bang for buck disk for raid array

Default Best bang for buck disk for raid array

Looking to build a cheap SATA raid0 array going up to about 1gb over 4 disks. (yes the data will be backed up to another machine)

The best disk I can find at the moment is:

Seagate BARRACUDA 7200.10 250GB SATA-II 3.5IN 9MS 7200RPM 16MB 3GB/S (ST3250410AS)

Anyone know of any better deals going on at the mo?
