Is it possible to link a table in x number of pages ?
for example if I had a 10 page website, can I link the contents/ headers frompage 1 into the remaining 9 pages or do I have to update every page???

Not sure how you do it on frontpage but you need to Create a template with all the content you want repeating.
*Just noticed from your example, you want to add to an existing website, maybe do it via a frame?
