We don't use Exchange Server - we simply don't need it. However, someone asked if its possible for the director's diary in Outlook to be "read" by his PA, who uses another PC in a different location.

Does anyone do this ?

Hmm, not sure, have you looked at something like Plaxo its an online service but not sure if it only shares contacts

I'll have a look. Really we just need a LAN based solution. The 2 people share the same LAN, just in different offices (same building)
