Yes about time. Although they always tend to refund the price of the call whenever I've called them.

Not the point though is it.

Was a stupid idea !! and on another good note they have increased the amount of UK based Advisers !! by about 130 !

Chances of you getting someone you can understand and can understand you... not to say they will be any better at solving your issue

No not the point, as whenever I've had to call them, its cos the BB is down, so I can't find the number on the website, cos it don't bloody work
I have to dial 150, then press loads of buttons to find out I need to write another number down. Its too traumatic.

...isn't it throttled just til midnight rather than for 24hrs???

ie if you download a bucket load between 4:00pm and 5:00pm - say 3 gig, then you'll be throttled back to 5meg (or whatever lower speed) from then until midnight.

Saying that, I've had it throttle me down at around 5 or 6 pm, and then be back at full speed by 10ish.

What's the official line on traffic shaping pimmo?

Seems they've changed their policy up to 9pm now, altho from 5ish until midnight i rarely get anywhere near 20meg just lately no matter how little I download.

Traffic management

It's all primmo's fault i tells ya

That would fit in with their new policy of 5hrs not 24hrs
