Default Best online virus scanner ??

Best online scanner ?? just wonder if there is anything considered to be the best when it comes to online scanners ?? using nod32 which as others have found really does seem to be very good indeed but would just be interested to find out what results one off the better online scanners would give ??

Thanks again for the links will check them all out, just wonder if it is the case that these online scanners are designed to give you false alerts in the hope that you will purchase there full programme - just a thought ??

Using Nod32 a/v just now and although I think it really is good just wonder why it recently came up with 2 trojans found within a recent scan, should Nod32 not have flagged them up as such as they were being d/loaded with whatever d/load it was that I got them with ??

lastly are all trojans actually that harmful ie was always led to belive a trojan virus was a way off someone taking control off your pc so that they could steal paswords etc, etc etc !! is this always the case or can some off them be less sinister ??

as I say last scan with Nod32 flagged them up. quarinted them but does that actually mean my pc has been " had " or is this the end off the matter now that they gave been detected ??

slightly confused ??!!

You can also get a portable version of ClamAV - open source anti-virus. Doesn't need installing so you can just run it and check
