Default bt home hub

i'm trying to port forward my new type bt home hub so i can get my xbox 360 back to open nat setting.when i try to sign in the password doesn't work. i've the default u/n admin,p/w admin and the home hub s/number.software's up to date 6.2.6E.anyone got any ideas to try before i ring themi've already thought about binning the fooking thing.it was ok till they updated it the other night

i didint need to do that for my home hub to work for 360?

i didn't need to but the hub updated sunday night and change my nat settings.i tried resetting it last night but no good.i've just reset now done the samething as last night but its worked this time
